Well I've not been here in a while so thought I'd better pop by and let you guys know that the cafe downstairs has now changed it's name to 'The Phoenix Cafe', yes up from the ashes ;)

Well it appears to be going well for them, getting busier, keeping it simple, lots of smiley faces and nice chat. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for them..

Next step for me is... going to open a WebShop pretty soon... Have just started to get some products together, essential oils, massage based products like oil etc, just need to get the design finished and made, also need a good name so anyone got any good suggestions for a snappy, catchy name? then please let me know :)

I had my first go at teaching someone massage this week and I am very pleased to report that it went very well and the next step is to up the numbers to see how it works in a group dynamic. The best possible outcome is that I could soon be holding massage workshops. Watch this space ...           ......
